These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by LocateNow LLC ("LocateNow," "we," "us," or "our") and your use of the website at locatenowatl.com (the "Site"). By using our services or the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By submitting a lead intake form, replying to a LocateNow communication, scheduling a tour, or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
LocateNow is an Atlanta-based apartment locator service that helps prospective renters find apartments matching their criteria. Our service is free to renters; we are compensated by participating property management companies and landlords when a client signs a lease at one of their properties.
Our services include curating personalized apartment shortlists, scheduling tours, providing market guidance, and supporting clients through the application and move-in process.
LocateNow offers SMS communications to clients who have explicitly opted in through the SMS consent checkbox on our intake form. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from LocateNow related to your apartment search, including:

Message frequency: Active clients typically receive 1-15 messages per week during an active home search, with fewer thereafter. Frequency may temporarily increase around scheduled tours, application deadlines, or active negotiations.
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. LocateNow does not charge for SMS communications, but your carrier may charge you according to your service plan. Consult your wireless service provider for details.
Your phone number and SMS consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS data is used solely to deliver our locator services to you.

Property listings, availability, pricing, and amenities are provided by third-party property management companies and are subject to change without notice. LocateNow makes reasonable efforts to keep information current but does not guarantee the accuracy of any specific listing detail.
Tours scheduled through LocateNow are subject to property availability and the property's tour policies. We do not guarantee that any particular property will be available at the time of your tour.
LocateNow's services are provided at no cost to renters. We are compensated by participating property management companies and landlords ("property partners") when a LocateNow-introduced client signs a qualifying lease at one of their properties. This compensation does not affect the price you pay in rent.
You are responsible for all rent, deposits, application fees, and other charges payable directly to your chosen property. LocateNow does not collect rent or fees on behalf of any property.
LocateNow provides locator services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocateNow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding our services and the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
LocateNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using our services at any time. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP and unsubscribe from email via the link in any email. We may terminate or suspend our services to you at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or SMS (if you have opted in) or other reasonable means. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
