This page explains how renters opt in to receive text messages from LocateNow LLC about their active apartment search.
How users opt in
- Visit https://locatenowatl.com.
- Click Get Started.
- Complete the renter intake form and enter a mobile phone number.
- Check the unchecked SMS consent box labeled Text me about my search.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to use LocateNow's apartment locating service.

What messages may include
- Personalized apartment shortlist links matching the renter's search criteria
- Tour scheduling, tour confirmations, and day-of reminders
- Replies to questions the renter asks their LocateNow locator
- Active-search check-ins related to budget, move-in date, or apartment preferences
LocateNow does not use this SMS program for cold outreach, third-party lead generation, or unrelated promotional blasts.
Frequency, rates, and opt-out
Message frequency
Active renters typically receive 1-15 messages per week during an active apartment search.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the renter's mobile carrier plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from LocateNow SMS messages.
Mobile data protection: LocateNow does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
